Senior Mortgage Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join us in Tower Bridge, to work alongside our premium Estate Agency partner dealing with their High-Net-Worth clientele.

This role is hybrid, whereby a minimum requirement of 3 days per week office based and then 2 days remote.

Being part of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services provider in the UK, working with over 110 branches of Hamptons and John D Wood across London and the South.

Our advisors provide tailored advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and can assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. In addition, our advisors can assist clients with specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release and commercial.

The right candidate will:
• Hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally 2 years active broker experience.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service.
• A drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
• Proven track record for delivering high results and performance.

Within this role you will be provided with:
• Competitive salary, uncapped commission, (realistic OTE £60k+ within the first 12 months), with the opportunity of an annual bonus based on performance.
